We do not use a contact form. The site carries one script — a cookieless analytics tag that counts page views, referrers and browser type in aggregate. It sets no cookies, stores nothing that identifies you, and does not follow you to other sites.

What helps us answer quickly
- What is happening. The symptom as you see it, and when it started.
- What is already in place. Roughly what the environment looks like, even if the documentation is out of date.
- What outcome you need. A fix, a second opinion, a build, or a plan you can take to a budget holder.
- Timescale. Whether this is urgent, a planned project, or something you are scoping for later in the year.
